Your peace of mind is our priority, and we want you to be absolutely delighted with your clean home. That's why we back every service with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are ever unhappy with the quality of our work, please follow the steps below, and we promise to make it right.

 

Our simple process for a resolution

  1. Contact us promptly: This helps us address the problem while the details are still fresh and allows us to get things sorted for you quickly.

  2. Tell us what's wrong: Let us know what you are unhappy with. Photos can be extremely helpful to document the issue and communicate with our team.

  3. Allow us to fix it: We will schedule a return visit within 48 hours to re-clean the area(s) in question for free. This gives us a chance to correct our mistake and ensures your home meets your expectations.

  4. Discuss other options: If you are still unsatisfied after the re-clean, we can discuss a partial or full refund for the service.

 

Please note

  • What we cannot guarantee: While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee the removal of permanent stains, pre-existing damage, or wear and tear.

  • Your input is crucial: The more information you provide, the better we can understand your concerns and find a solution that works for you.

 

Cancellations and refunds

We understand that sometimes plans change.

  • Cancelling with 48+ hours' notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. If you do this, you will be eligible for a full refund upon cancellation.

  • Late cancellations, failed access, or no-shows: We understand emergencies happen, but late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice), failing to show up for your appointment, or failing to provide access to the property for your scheduled service, impacts our team and other clients. In these situations, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of services will be charged.
